- Anatomically formed , representing the anatomy of the molars the crowns are replacing.
- Pre-trimmed , with undercuts that maximize ease and minimize time in their installation.
- Manufactured using the same 304L Nickel Chromium Stainless Steel as the industry leading Pedo primary molar crowns, but are stronger and more wear resistant due to tempering process utilized.*
- The medical grade stainless steel used is purchased from a qualified provider of medical metals and subjected to the highest quality controls for purity. Before processing , KTR has the material assayed by two independent qualified metal labs to confirm the purity.
- Manufactured at Mei Mei Min Beijing Technology, Beijing China. This is a new facility dedicated solely to the production of KTR preformed crowns . There is NO outsourcing of any aspect on the process.
- The manufacturing process is under the direct supervision of KTRʼs onsite engineer who is responsible for ALL QUALITY CONTROL .
